1. How we use AI

MaxDesign uses artificial intelligence as a tool to accelerate and scale SEO work:

  • Generating title suggestions, meta descriptions, H1 tags, intros and page structures.
  • Expanding and reformatting existing briefs into HTML drafts.
  • Analysing competitor content and identifying coverage patterns.
  • Suggesting FAQ questions and answers.

AI does not publish on its own. Every page goes through a technical quality check, an AI governance policy check and a human review before it becomes public.

2. What AI does not do

Our AI does not provide or replace professionals in regulated fields:

  • Medical / health: AI does not give medical advice, diagnoses or treatment recommendations.
  • Legal: AI does not give legal advice, interpret laws or represent clients.
  • Finance: AI does not guarantee income, return on investment or investment results.

If a page covers regulated topics, the content is informational and always includes the appropriate disclaimer.

3. Human-in-the-loop review

Our workflow includes:

  1. AI generates a draft based on the brief and keyword data.
  2. AI governance check scans the text for potentially risky claims and inappropriate promises.
  3. SEO quality check checks for duplicates, cannibalisation, technical minimums and indexability.
  4. Human operator reviews pages flagged with a warning and decides on publication.

4. Audit trail and lineage

Every generated page records:

  • The AI provider and model used.
  • The source brief and keywords.
  • Content versions and changes.
  • The publishing gate and AI governance check results.
  • The user who approved publication.

5. EU AI Act and responsibility

The system is designed in line with EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001 principles:

  • Transparent labelling of AI-generated content.
  • Human oversight before any publishing decision.
  • Audit trail for every AI generation.
  • Automatic detection and blocking of risky claims.

6. How to report an issue

If you notice inaccurate, outdated, incomplete or inappropriate content, email us at office@maxdesign.rs or contact us. We will manually review and correct the content as soon as possible.

7. Changes to this policy

We update this policy as we develop AI components. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
